    FFUN Motor Sports Saskatoon is currently looking to hire an energetic and friendly Receptionist/Sales Administration Clerk to join the team!  


    The Receptionist/Sales Administration Clerk will manage the day to day business of the reception desks and hold the responsibility for communication and responding to customers. For this reason, the candidate must possess exceptional communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.


    What are the job responsibilities of a Receptionist? 

    • Providing administrative and clerical support. 
    • Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and customer assistance.
    • Maintaining the website, office supplies, and databases.
    • Exercising exceptional customer service.
    • Processing and documenting returns. 
    • Monitoring, tracking, and replenishing inventory levels as required.

    Qualifications required:

    • The drive, determination, and motivation to succeed every day.
    • The ability to prioritize, multi-task, and complete time sensitive deadlines.
    • An excellent problem-solving and organizational skillset.
    • A strong customer service focus.
    • A valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment.
