Kia of Prince Albert is looking for an Inventory Controller/Receptionist to join the team!


    The Inventory Controller/Receptionist is a talented customer service provider. They will manage the control of all vehicle inventory, day to day business of the reception desks including administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, invoices, daily deposits, tracking and reporting functions, and hold the responsibility for communication and response to customers both on the phone and in person. For this reason, the candidate must possess exceptional communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.

    What are the qualifications? 

    • Prior experience in bookkeeping/accounting
    • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and deal with time sensitive deadlines and priorities
    • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
    • Must be able to make basic mathematical calculations
    • Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment
