    What are the job responsibilities of the Manager? 

    • Provide leadership to the various operations of the dealership by managing and supervising the Product Specialists and other Dealership staff, as assigned by the General Manager.
    • Assist Product Specialists with closing deals and ensuring units are ready for delivery.
    • Be responsible for executing the dealership’s business plan.
    • Ensure the smooth functioning and financial performance and profitability of the Dealership.

    What we need from you:

    • Seasoned manager with considerable F & I, sales, and customer service experience.
    • Skilled at relationship management with other managers, lenders, peers, and employees.
    • Proven track record for delivering results and achieving sales goals.
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Outstanding entrepreneurial drive and work ethic.
    • Successful experience with CRM tools.
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure.
    • You must have vision to know what we need for continued growth and the skill to manage that growth.
