    The Recreation Division is made up of eight business units, all focused on bringing FFUN to life. As a part of our marketing team you’ll need to be personable, organized and a bit of a digital marketing enthusiast, generating qualified leads for these businesses.     What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Creation, management, analysis and reporting on campaigns and marketing strategies
    • Developing an action plan for the tracking and enhancement of leads across multiple ad platforms into our CRM
    • Assisting in the management of social media accounts and content creation for all business units
    • Designing, managing and executing digital and print creative
    • Engaging content creation, both through copywriting, as well as audio and video mediums
    • Working with third-party vendors to identify and troubleshoot technical problems in a timely matter
    • Managing multiple spends to budget and delivering recommendations to enhance ROI
    • Assistance in maintaining our websites to ensure accurate imagery and pricing of all inventory
    • Identify cross-promotional opportunities within our other Divisions
    • Researching and analyzing competitors and their marketing initiatives
    • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    What Makes You the Perfect Fit:

    • An amazing attitude, organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge or interest in recreational motor vehicles
    • Demonstrated ability with creative software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite
    • Minimum 2 years of formal marketing training. Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
    • Digital marketing experience is an asset
    • Previous experience running/analyzing campaigns with a six or seven figure budget and working in the digital automotive space is also an asset
