Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the HR Coordinator will be providing full cycle HR support and guidance to employees and managers across multiple business units and provinces. - Support the recruitment and onboarding process by posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, conducting reference checks, and delivering new hire orientation. - Prepare and process employment contracts and amendment for new hires, transfers and compensation changes. - Administer group benefits such as group health, dental, and disability plans. - Assist and advise managers and employees on the interpretation of company policies, compensation, and benefit programs. - Assist managers through performance management, including coaching and progressive discipline. - Conduct stay and exit interviews. Develop and communicate recommendations based on findings. - Monitor and ensure company compliance with changing employment laws across multiple provinces. - Lead and assist in various projects and initiatives to advance the department and company.
